Palm Springs: Henderson - Garstin Trail

Height	440 - 1470 feet
Access	All Cars, all paved. On East Palm Canyon Drive, take South Araby Drive, through Palm Canyon Wash and just after the wash, park on the left on a parking area.

Expect no shade (in the morning some along the first part), some horse riders, mostly on the first part. Nice mountains.

Through the wash in a southwesterly direction. Follow the wash on the left side and at point [2] go on the Earl Henderson Trail heading southeast.
On the crossing [3] head right (southwest), along the wash but somewhat higher.
At crossing [4] (another parking downhill) meeting Garstin Trail heading up the mountain in a more easterly direction.
Going over the summit [5], meeting the crossing Shannon Wildhorse [6]. A crossing with Shannon Garstin [7] and another crossing leading back to [3] but go right (east), until reaching the Earl Henderson Trail back to the car.
